Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until blended smoothly.
  • Stir in the crushed peppermint candies for flavor and crunch.
  • Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and more crushed peppermint if desired.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for about 2 months. For a crispy crust, reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
