Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bottle White Wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc) Crisp and dry, avoid too oaky wines
  • 2 cups Apple Cider Use authentic, freshly pressed cider
  • 1-2 sticks Cinnamon Sticks Enhances flavor and adds warmth
  • 1 each Fresh Fruit (Apples, Pears, Oranges) Mix sweet and tart varieties, sliced
  • 1/2 can Club Soda or Ginger Beer Add just before serving for bubbles

Instructions

Preparation

  • Grab a big pitcher and dump in one sliced apple, one sliced pear, and a handful of orange slices.
  • Pour in one bottle of your chosen white wine. All of it.
  • Add two cups of real apple cider. Not apple juice—cider’s cloudier, and way more flavorful.
  • Toss in one or two cinnamon sticks.
  • For grown-up fun, add half a cup of brandy (totally optional).
  • Pop it in the fridge for at least two hours (overnight? Even better).
  • Right before serving, splash in half a can of club soda or ginger beer for bubbles.

Notes

Prep the fruit slices in advance and toss them with a bit of lemon juice to stop browning. Add the bubbles right before serving for the best fizz. You can garnish with apple or pear chunks on a toothpick for an Instagram-worthy touch.
