  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar-free syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola low-sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice peaches in half and remove the pits.
  • Place peaches in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until peaches are soft but not mushy.
  • Top each peach half with Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and a dash of vanilla extract.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add granola just before serving to avoid sogginess. To meal-prep, bake the peaches ahead and assemble when ready to eat.
