Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted Melted for easy mixing
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup Can be swapped with agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips Ensure they're dairy-free

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms and fold in the chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Scoop out bite-sized portions of the dough and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. To restore crispness, warm in the oven or air fryer.
