  • 4 large large tortilla wraps (whole wheat or regular)
  • 8 slices slices of deli turkey
  • 4 slices slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
  • 0.5 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese (or hummus)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced cucumbers, olives, or any preferred veggies Use for customization.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean cutting board or countertop.
  • Take one tortilla wrap and spread a thin layer of cream cheese (or hummus) evenly over it.
  • Place 2 slices of turkey on top of the cream cheese, covering the surface as much as possible.
  • Lay 1 slice of cheddar cheese over the turkey.
  • Scatter a handful of spinach (or mixed greens) and sliced bell peppers on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until you reach the other end. Ensure all ingredients stay inside as you roll.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick.
  • Arrange the slices on a platter and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later.
  • Continue the process for the remaining tortilla wraps until all ingredients are used.

Notes

Pair with sides like carrot sticks, apple slices, or a small salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For crispy leftovers, reheat in an air fryer or oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
