Filling

  • ½ cup peanut butter Smooth and creamy peanut butter for rich flavor.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melts into a silky base with balanced sweetness.

Hats

  • 24 pieces Reese’s dark chocolate miniature cups These serve as the 'hats' for the cookies.

Buckle

  • red, orange, and yellow mini M&Ms Colorful candies to create festive buckles.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a large baking tray or cutting board with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and white chocolate chips together until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer melted mixture into a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with the corner cut off. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Place fudge-striped cookies striped side down on parchment paper.

Assembly

  • Pipe a small circle of the melted peanut butter-white chocolate mixture into the center of each cookie.
  • Press a Reese’s miniature cup upside down on top of the piped mixture, ensuring the larger side is facing down.
  • Press a mini M&M onto the hat band to create a buckle.

Setting

  • Let the cookies set completely, either at room temperature or in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
