  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the honey, chili flakes, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is blended.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl. Toss them gently until they are well coated with the sauce.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Stir halfway through.

Serving

  • Once done, take it out of the oven and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freezer for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
