Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt unsweetened, full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 ripe plum sliced thin
  • ¼ cup granola sugar-free or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for extra fiber
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Slice the plum into thin slices for easy layering.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Layer yogurt, plum slices, and granola in a glass or bowl. Repeat layers as desired.
  • Top with chia seeds and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon if using.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. To maintain crunch, store granola separately and add before serving. Customize by swapping plums with berries or apples, and using coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
