  • 8 oz Sliced deli meats (turkey, ham, roast beef) Choose your favorite meats.
  • 8 oz Sliced cheeses (provolone, Swiss, cheddar) Select one or a combination.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Tomatoes (diced) Use fresh tomatoes for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Onions (sliced) Red or white onions work well.
  • 1 cup Peppers (sliced) Any variety of bell pepper can be used.
  • 1/2 cup Olives (sliced) Black or green olives are great additions.
  • 1-2 Tbsp Dressing (mayonnaise, mustard, or vinaigrette) Drizzle to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to personal preference.

  • Layer a large bowl with lettuce as your base.
  • Add sliced deli meats and cheeses on top of the lettuce.
  • Layer on vegetables like tomatoes, onions, peppers, and olives.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days. Keep dressing separate to maintain crispness of vegetables. To reheat, use an air fryer or oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
