  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella For creamy filling
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400F.
  • Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.

  • Stuff each chicken breast with the filling.
  • Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the stuffed chicken breasts.

Cooking

  • Place stuffed chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
