Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries Fresh or thawed frozen strawberries.
  • 3 tablespoons honey Adds sweetness and helps with texture.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Brightens up the flavor and balances the sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 140 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the lined sheet pan and spread it evenly to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness.

Drying

  • Place the sheet pan in the oven and let it dry for 4 to 6 hours, checking periodically until the middle is no longer tacky.

Cooling and Cutting

  • Remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Gently peel off the fruit roll-up from the parchment paper and trim the edges. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.

Serving

  • Enjoy the fruit roll-ups as a snack, dessert, or lunchbox treat.

Notes

Store the fruit roll-ups in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for 1 to 2 months. To refresh dried roll-ups, bake at low heat or use an air fryer.
