Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

Notes
