  • 2 cups Prosecco Use a dry variety for best results
  • 1/2 cup Brandy or Apple Liqueur Enhances the drink's flavor (optional)
  • 2 Fresh Apples, sliced thin For a pop of flavor and color
  • 1 Fresh Orange, sliced thin Brightens up the flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey Adjust sweetness to your liking
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon Sticks Add warmth and aroma

Preparation

  • In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling apple cider, prosecco, and optional brandy or apple liqueur.
  • Add in the sliced fresh apples and orange.
  • Stir in the maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
  • Add the cinnamon sticks for flavor.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Pour gently into glasses right before serving so the bubbles stay intact.

Notes

To keep the sangria bubbly, mix the non-sparkling ingredients ahead of time and add the prosecco just before serving. You can also let guests pour their own to maintain fizz. For extra ingredient ideas, consider adding cranberries, pears, or pomegranates.
