  • 1.5 teaspoons dried dill For fresher flavor, use 1 teaspoon of fresh dill.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.

Cooking Potatoes

  • Place the cubed potatoes in a pot, cover them with water, and set the heat to high.
  • Boil the potatoes until they’re soft, roughly 15-20 minutes.
  • Once cooked, drain the potatoes and put them in the fridge to cool down for 20-30 minutes.

Mixing Ingredients

  • Transfer the cooled potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour in the yogurt, dried dill, and salt, then mix well to ensure the potatoes are well-coated.
  • Season with pepper to taste and adjust the salt if needed.

Serving

  • Scoop the salad into a large bowl for family-style serving.
  • Optionally, top with fresh dill or diced green onions before serving.

Notes
