  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
 

Make the Mint Dough

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk using a mixer or a spoon until light and fluffy.
  • Add the peppermint extract and a pinch of salt, then slowly mix in the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until the dough is thick and stretchy.

Shape the Mints

  • Dust your work surface with powdered sugar, grab small pieces of dough, and roll them into balls.

Coat with Sugar
