Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 26 oz 1 bag frozen meatballs (about 30-35 meatballs)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

Preparation

  • First, let’s get our slow cooker ready. Take those frozen meatballs and place them right in the slow cooker. No need to thaw, just drop them in.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  • Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker and stir gently to coat them.

Cooking

  • Cover your slow cooker and set it on low. Cook for 4-6 hours until the meatballs are heated through and tender.
  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix the cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Add this slurry to the slow cooker and stir.

Serving

  • Serve the Salisbury steak meatballs over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley for a pop of color.
