Simple Summer Peach Parfait

A refreshing and easy peach parfait made with ripe peaches, fluffy whipped cream, and crunchy graham crackers. Perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe peaches sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract use pure vanilla
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or granola for crunch
  • 1 pinch salt enhances flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges, leaving the skin on if desired.
  • In a bowl, beat the heavy cream with honey and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • In serving glasses or bowls, alternate layers of peaches, whipped cream, and crushed graham crackers.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired.

Notes

Best served fresh. If storing, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Avoid freezing. Customize with yogurt, agave, or other fruits and toppings as desired.
