Preparation

  • In a bowl, dissolve the sugar-free gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy either plain or with toppings like yogurt or fruit.

Notes

When storing leftovers, cover them tightly and keep them in the coldest part of your fridge. The flavor settles and improves the next day.
