  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2. Place salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet.
  • 3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus, then season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Lay lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
  • 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  • 6. Serve immediately with extra lemon juice if desired.
