Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Lay lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
6. Serve immediately with extra lemon juice if desired.
