  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix-Ins

  • pinch black pepper or red pepper flakes Optional for added flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, olive oil, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Fold this dry mix into the wet ingredients.
  • Add mozzarella cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil to the mixture. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.

Notes

To store leftovers, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, use an air fryer or oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes to maintain the bread's crispy texture.
