Preparation

  • Stir in honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt, tasting to ensure a gentle sweetness.
  • If desired, fold in optional flavorings like vanilla or cinnamon until smooth.

Chilling

  • Pour the mixture into small jars or ramekins and let cool on the counter, then refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes until set.
  • Check the texture; it should be glossy and yielding. Adjust gelatin amount in future batches if necessary.

Serving

  • Scoop gently with a small spoon, enjoying the texture and flavor.

Notes
