Quick Tortilla Pizza

Crispy, customizable, and downright delicious, this Quick Tortilla Pizza is your weeknight hero. Using just a tortilla, sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, you’ll have mini pizzas ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large flour tortilla 6–8‑inch diameter
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup favorite pizza toppings pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the tortilla on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tortilla is lightly browned.
  • Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Swap out flour tortillas for whole wheat or corn for a different twist. Try pesto instead of tomato sauce, or pile on veggies and proteins you have around. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for that crispy, just-baked feel.
