  • 3/4 cup milk Can substitute with dairy-free alternatives like almond or oat milk.
  • 1 large egg Might be substituted with a flax egg for a vegan option.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For added flavor.

Preparation

  • Whisk together the pancake mix, protein powder, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth. Keep stirring until no lumps remain.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly coat the surface with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Pour the batter into the skillet in small, long strips rather than round pancakes, aiming for about the size of your finger.
  • Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface, then gently flip the dippers over and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For storage, keep pancake dippers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. To reheat, use the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes for a crisp texture.
