  • 8 to 12 ounces Water Room temperature or warm water works best for easy mixing.
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Honey Adjust based on sweetness preference; up to 1 tablespoon for a sweeter drink.

Warm Method

  • Warm a mug of water until it is comfortable to sip.
  • Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey.
  • Stir in slow circles for 15 to 30 seconds until the honey dissolves fully.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as desired before sipping.

Cold Method

  • Add a spoon of honey to a little warm water, stir until smooth, then top off with cold water and ice.
  • Alternatively, put honey and room temperature water in a jar with a lid and shake hard for 20 seconds, then add ice.

Notes

Use warm water for easy mixing. Start small with honey and adjust to taste. Keep it simple and enjoy a soothing sip throughout the day.
