Ingredients
  

Dip Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use leftover or store-bought rotisserie chicken.
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar Divide into two halves for mixing and topping.
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced Reserve half for garnishing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, half of the cheddar, half of the bacon, and half of the green onions. Mix until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a small baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and crumbled bacon on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining green onions on top.

Serving

  • Serve with chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

You can prepare this dip a day in advance and store it in the fridge. For reheating, bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes for best results.
