Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey Choose your preference.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 ea egg To bind the mixture.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.
  • 4-6 ea burger buns
  • as needed Lettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings
  • optional Orange food coloring or glaze For a festive touch.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to ensure everything is fully combined.
  • Form the mixture into small slider patties.
  • If desired, mix in some orange food coloring to make the sliders look like little pumpkins.

Cooking

  • Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.

Assembly

  • Place the cooked patties on burger buns and add fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and any other toppings.

Serving

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze patties for 2-3 months. Reheat in an oven or air fryer for better texture.
