  • 1 cup cold water This helps cool down the mixture.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Stir until the mixture looks glossy and the grains vanish.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir.
  • If using, mix in the protein powder until well combined.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into individual cups or a mold.

Notes
