  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups tortellini Use any type available.
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Pre-minced garlic can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Can substitute with mozzarella or feta.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Add tortellini and enough water or broth to cover everything. Bring to a boil and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes).
  • Reduce heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Use an air fryer or oven to reheat for best results.
