No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

Creamy layers of cheesecake, juicy strawberries, and buttery graham cracker crust make this no-bake dessert a showstopper. Easy to assemble, crowd-pleasing, and dangerously delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spread half the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Top with half the strawberries and half the glaze.
  • Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake mixture, strawberries, and glaze.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Slice and serve chilled. Optional: garnish with extra strawberries or whipped topping.

Notes

Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen, though texture may soften slightly. Customize with different fruits or a chocolate crust. For best texture, don’t skip chilling or use cold cream cheese.
