No-Bake Peach Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe peaches diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice the peaches into bite-sized pieces. Peel if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
  • In glasses or bowls, layer diced peaches, whipped cream, and crushed graham crackers. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. Add graham crackers just before serving to keep them crunchy. Customize with bourbon, mint, or fruit swaps. Not freezer-friendly.
