  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz egg noodles Cook according to package directions.
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain well.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning into the beef mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Layer the ingredients in a casserole dish: start with the noodles, then add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by the beef sauce, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
