Preparation

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess grease.
  • Stir the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning into the beef mixture, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Assembly and Baking

  • In a large casserole dish, layer the ingredients: start with the noodles, then add the cream cheese mixture, the beef sauce, and top it all off with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
