  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional, for topping) For added flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mayo (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  • Place the chicken in your baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  • Once done, let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
