  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder Fresh ginger can also be used.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Use pre-chopped vegetables to save time.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 lb ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes, draining excess fat.

Adding the Sauce

  • Stir in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon ginger powder. Mix and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Cooking the Vegetables

  • Add 1 cup mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Serving

  • Divide the beef teriyaki mixture into meal prep containers and serve over cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in an air fryer or oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
