Ingredients
  

Pudding Layer

  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping Can substitute with homemade whipped cream

Cake Assembly

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 tub chocolate frosting

Preparation

  • Whisk the pudding mix with the cold milk until smooth and thickened.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.

Assembly

  • Layer graham crackers evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, spreading it out evenly.
  • Layer more graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  • Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  • Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
  • Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer.

Chill

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator overnight.

Notes

Serve in squares, optional toppings include fresh berries or a drizzle of caramel sauce. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
