  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables Substitutable with any veggies on hand, like broccoli or peas.
  • 2 cups cooked rice Minute rice can be used to save prep time.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add extra cheese for a cheesier finish.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Can be replaced with fresh garlic based on preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to your flavor preferences.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
