Preparation

  • Mix gelatin with cold water in a small bowl and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  • Bring 1/2 cup of water to a near boil.
  • Pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk until completely dissolved, forming a smooth mixture.
  • Stir in the unsweetened cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
  • You can either sip it warm or pour into a mold and refrigerate until set, typically 2-4 hours.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Avoid freezing to maintain texture. Garnish with fresh mint or serve with yogurt if desired.
