Ingredients
  

For the Truffles

  • 36 pieces Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Real cream cheese gives it a creamy richness.
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips Can also use white chocolate melting wafers.
  • 1 piece Black edible food marker or melted dark chocolate For drawing Jack Skellington's face.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they turn into fine crumbs.
  • Add the softened cream cheese and mix until combined into a smooth, dough-like consistency.
  • Using about one tablespoon of the Oreo mixture, roll it into smooth balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for at least one hour or freeze them for about 20 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper to set.
  • Once chocolate has hardened, use the black edible food marker or melted dark chocolate to draw Jack Skellington’s eyes, nose, and stitched smile on each truffle.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer preservation, freeze with layers of parchment paper between each truffle.
