Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or more, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  • Place the chicken in a single layer in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Baste halfway through cooking.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Sweet heat and crispy skin—this one’s always a crowd-pleaser. Use an air fryer or oven to reheat for best texture. Serve with rice or salad and you’re golden.
