Homemade Nectarine Gummies

Squishy, fruity, and kid-approved gummies made from real nectarines, honey, and gut-friendly gelatin. No dyes, no junk—just pure, delicious snack magic.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups nectarine puree from about 3–4 nectarines
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder grass-fed recommended
  • ¼ cup water for blooming the gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Pit, chop, and puree nectarines in a blender until completely smooth.
  • In a saucepan, gently warm the nectarine puree, honey, and lemon juice over low heat. Do not boil.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over water in a bowl and let sit for 2 minutes to bloom.
  • Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the warm puree mixture until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Use a dropper or spoon to pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Carefully remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months. Use parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking. Use peaches, mangoes, or strawberries as substitutes. For vegan gummies, use agar-agar and follow specific instructions.
