  • 2 cups fruit puree or juice Can use any juice or puree of your choice.
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin Make sure to fully dissolve.
  • to taste Tbsp. honey (optional) Adjust sweetness according to preference.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the fruit puree or juice with the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • If desired, add honey to taste for sweetness. Taste as you go.
  • Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for about 2-4 hours, or until set.
  • Once set, remove from molds and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve family-style and consider adding fresh fruit or whipped cream as toppings. The dessert can also be portioned for easy serving at events.
