Instructions
 

Prepare the Crêpe Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth. Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Crêpes

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  • Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to create a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift. Flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Repeat until all batter is used, ensuring each crêpe is golden brown.

Prepare the Chocolate Filling

  • In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips and butter until smooth.

Assemble the Crêpes

  • Place a crêpe flat, spoon chocolate filling into the center, and roll tightly to enclose.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm, dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries. Leftover crêpes can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
