  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie works great
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Adjust for spice level
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 6-8 slices white cheese For ghosts
  • Black decorating gel or mini olives For eyes

Preparation

  • Toss the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  • Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 15 to 20 seconds, then spread it evenly in your baking dish.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cream cheese and smooth it out.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top.
  • Use a ghost cookie cutter to cut ghost shapes from the white cheese and arrange them on top.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dip for about 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and warm.
  • Use the black decorating gel or mini olives to create eyes on the cheese ghosts after baking.

Serving

  • Serve the dip warm with suggested pairings.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers for a delightful pairing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
