Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken Lean protein base
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred for better flavor
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder Add more for extra flavor if desired
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano Aromatic herb for flavor
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 large egg Binds the mixture together

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and the egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture on the parchment into a 10–12 inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–22 minutes until the crust is firm and golden.
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for 3–5 minutes.
  • Add desired toppings and return to the oven for 8–10 minutes, until cheese melts.

Serving

  • Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results. Variations include using different toppings and binding agents for dietary preferences.
