Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Grilled until fully cooked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For marinating the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 1 piece Fresh cilantro For garnish, optional

For the Pineapple

  • 1 whole pineapple, sliced Grilled until caramelized

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  • Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • During the last few minutes of grilling, add the sliced pineapple to the grill and cook until caramelized.

Serving

  • Serve the grilled chicken topped with grilled pineapple and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat, use the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
