Ingredients
  

For the grilled chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Make sure to season well.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For grilling.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Do not skip on seasoning.

For the salad

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Fresh and crunchy.
  • 1/2 cup caesar dressing Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Additional for topping.
  • 1 cup croutons Store-bought or homemade.

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assembly

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and caesar dressing.
  • Toss to coat the lettuce evenly.
  • Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken, grated parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Letting the grilled chicken rest after cooking helps retain juices. Feel free to customize with extra toppings like avocado or cherry tomatoes.
