Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or preferred oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • nutritional yeast optional, for flavor
  • cinnamon optional, for flavor
  • chili powder optional, for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add a few kernels; when they pop, add the rest and cover with lid.
  • Shake pot occasionally while popping.

  • Remove from heat when popping slows down.
  • Season with salt and your favorite gluten free toppings.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes
