  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional) Adds a tangy flavor.
  • 1 pinch cinnamon or turmeric (optional) For additional flavor variations.

Preparation

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  • Pour hot herbal tea over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Mix in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and any optional ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Remove and cut into small cubes for easy portion control.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You may freeze the cubes for longer storage.
