  • 2 cups Liquid (hot water + cold water) Use 2 cups total liquid

Flavor Base

  • 1 cup Sugar-free drink mix, 100% fruit juice, or brewed tea Pick a strong flavor

Acid Splash

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar Adjust to taste

Optional Sweetener

  • to taste Stevia, honey or no sweetener Depending on your flavor base

Preparation

  • In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over a little cold water to bloom for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour in hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add your flavor base and acid, then taste and adjust sweetness.
  • Chill until set, usually about 2 hours.

Notes
