Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine 1 cup of cold water with the gelatin. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  • Boil 1 cup of water and carefully add it to the gelatin mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Mix in the fruit juice and sweetener of your choice. You can adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
  • Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, allowing it to set completely.
  • Once set, carefully remove from the mold and serve chilled. Garnish with fresh fruits or mint leaves for a pop of color.
